EmpowerU is a dynamic, interactive workforce readiness program designed to equip youth (ages 14–24) with the essential soft skills necessary for success in today’s job market and beyond. Recognizing that technical skills alone are not enough, EmpowerU focuses on developing the interpersonal, professional, and emotional intelligence skills employers value most.

Through hands-on workshops, guided mentoring, and real-world simulations, participants learn how to communicate effectively, collaborate in diverse teams, manage time, demonstrate professionalism, and adapt to change. The program integrates digital literacy, leadership development, and career exploration to prepare participants for both entry-level employment and long-term career advancement.

EmpowerU fosters confidence, accountability, and a growth mindset—empowering young people to become reliable, goal-oriented, and workforce-ready contributors to their communities.

Interactive, instructor-led sessions covering key workforce readiness topics:

  • Communication Skills: Verbal/nonverbal communication, email etiquette, active listening, and professional writing.
